Solacoat All-In-One Wall Render
Solacoat All-In-One Heat Abating Wall Render is a water-based coating specifically designed to give a hard-wearing, heat reflective, and water-resistant surface. It is designed as a one-coat application to prepared brick, blockwork, concrete, surfaces where mortar lines are to be obscured. It can also be applied to fibro cement sheeting & Timber surfaces.
Solacoat All-In-One Wall Render will lower internal heat build-up from the walls of buildings, and brick or concrete fence walls.
The coating will assist in lowering energy costs for air-conditioned buildings and increase comfort levels for non-air-conditioned buildings.

Approximate coverage
Covers approximately 2½ – 3m2 / litre
Allowance to be made for surface irregularities and application loses.
Drying Times
Touch dry approximately 40 minutes if the ambient temperature is 20C or above.
